General Terms and Conditions
of Use

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GTCU”) is to determine the rules of use and browsing on the websites “www.oasispropertygroup.net” (hereinafter the “Hotel Website”), “www.shop.oasispropertygroup.net” (hereinafter the “Shop Website”), and “www.gift.oasispropertygroup.net” (hereinafter the “Gift Website”, and together with the Hotel Website and the Shop Website, the “Websites”). They determine the obligations of all users of the Websites (the “User”) and of Oasis Property Group, in its capacity as the publisher of the Websites.

Before using the Websites for the first time, all Users must familiarize themselves with the features of the Websites and these GTC. Any use of a Website implies full acceptance of the GTC without limitation. If a User does not wish to accept the GTC, they are requested to discontinue browsing immediately.

Oasis Property Group reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time and without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly consult the most recent version available on the Websites.

I. Purpose of the Websites

The purpose of the Websites is to present:

• Luxury villas, residences, and properties available for booking or inquiry;
• Reservation and complementary services related to stays, experiences, wellness, and concierge services;
• Means of contact between clients, users, Oasis Property Group, and partner service providers.

The above list is not exhaustive and may be modified at any time by Oasis Property Group without liability.

II. Access and availability

The Websites are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, technical interruption, or maintenance.

Users are responsible for their own access to the Internet and related costs. Oasis Property Group may not be held liable for access difficulties or interruptions.

III. Obligations of the User

• Use the Websites in compliance with applicable laws;
• Not reproduce or exploit Website content without prior written consent;
• Not introduce malicious software or compromise Website security;
• Not publish unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content.

IV. Intellectual Property

All content, structure, design, text, graphics, logos, images, and code are the exclusive property of Oasis Property Group or its authorized partners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

VI. Liability

The Websites are provided “as is”. Oasis Property Group shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from Website use or inability to access the Websites.

These GTC are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts.
